Commonly known as Narrow Century Plant and Variegated Caribbean Agave.
Known for its variegated foliage and large size. It forms a large, symmetrical rosette with sword-shaped, variegated leaves. It produces a very tall flower spike (up to 10′ tall) with numerous greenish-yellow flowers. However, flowering is infrequent, often only once in the plant’s lifetime.
Highly drought-tolerant, needing minimal water. Requires well-draining soil. Thrives in full sun. Can tolerate part shade, but may grow slower.
