A bush type variety which is a very rare Italian heirloom variety native to Pratomagno in the Casentino, a beautiful area of Tuscany in the province of Arezzo, the upper Arno valley. Thanks to the people of “Associazione del fagiolo Zolfino del Pratomagno”, who brought this bean back to production after near extinction in Italian markets.
