Doubled blooms flowers with maroon petal backs and pastel faces of orange sherbet and pink washing into yellow at the petal bases. Bred in Pacific Northwest. Only eat petals, not base. Great in patio pots, blooms all summer.

Companion plants: Chard, Lettuce, Tomato, Carrot, Thyme, Parsley, Cucumber, Peas, Asparagus, Radish, Peppers. 
Far from: Sage, Potato.
Planting tip: Soak in warm water for up to 12H to help germination. Sow indoors 3-4 weeks before planting or direct sow in early spring.||Pinch back young plants to encourage bushy growth. Keep plants watered, but try to avoid overhead watering as they’re susceptible to mildew. Pinch plant at 9” height for vigorous growth. For a longer bloom period, deadhead spent flowers.
Harvesting tip: Harvest in morning after dew has dried, when blossoms are half-open.
Storage tip: Dry flower heads in a cool, dark, well-ventilated place. Store dried petals in airtight containers away from light. Retains medicinal properties for up to 1 year.
