Large size beans with a stringless pod with a pinkish-red flame pattern. The excellent creamy flavour when dried and cooked. Often used as baked beans. Also eaten at green bean stage. Origin from Tierra del Fuego at the southern tip of South America. Also called Borlotto Bush Bean.

Harvesting tip: Wait until pods and enclosed seeds have reached full maturity. For dry beans, allow plenty of space for airflow so they can dry later in the season.
Storage tip: It’s best to only freeze dry beans.
