A wonderful salad green! You will find the lemony tartness delicious and refreshing. Can be used a s a microgreen. Also known as Spinach or Narrow-Leaved Dock. Use pureed for soups, or add to a fresh salad!
Prepare a well drained-bed with well-tilled soil. 1/2 inch, 6 inches apart. Also container approved. Keep the bed moderately moist until germination and then thin the plants when they reach 2 inches high. Harvest: 2.5 months but comes back.
