Rosa Bianca eggplant (Solanum melangena) is a 5-6″ diameter round pinkish eggplant with an exceptionally mild flavor. This Italian heirloom is never bitter and has a creamy consistency prized by gourmet chefs. This variety is most productive in regions with warm nights.
