An unusual and unique looking eggplant, Rosa Blanca is round-ish and matures from white to purple, often sporting streaks of both colors. Eye-catching, to say the least! Sweet flavor, not that bitter, and white flesh inside. Fruits are 5-7” diameter. An Italian heirloom that is excellent for baking and roasting.
