Spunky and colorful little dwarf iris! Smooth grayed purple standards give gentle contrast to the magenta rose falls. Strong ruby red thumbprint is accentuated by the lavender and grayed yellow beards. Eye-catching! Grows to 11″ and blooms early to mid season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
