The most widely used open-slicer variety used by market gardeners. Dark green fruits, good tasting. Heart tolerant with resistance to cucumber mosaic virus, powdery mildew, scab, anthracnose and angular leaf spot. 8-9” fruit.

Companion plants: Radish, Beans, Dill, Marigold, Nasturtium, Sunflower, Onion, Peas, Corn, Beet, Oregano. 
Far from: Potato, Melon, Aromatic Herbs & Sage.
Planting tip: Soaking in warm water for up to 24H & scarification is recommended for improved germination. Start transplant 3-4 weeks before planting date. One can also direct sow as soon as all the danger of frost has passed.||Cucumbers prefer an air °T of 21°C.
Harvesting tip: Harvest every day or two otherwise leftover cucumber will overripen and slow production.
Storage tip: Store at 10-12°C w/ 95% humidity for up to 10 days.
