Acclaimed as one of the most beautiful flowers. Blossoms last few days. Pinch off flower bud in first year to encourage strong root growth.

Harvesting tip: For seed harvest, cut seed pods when they rattle when shaken and have dried to a tan color. For fresh flowers, cut buds just before they open in the morning.
Storage tip: Store dried seeds in airtight containers in a cool, dry place. Dry pods completely before shaking out seeds.
