Golden Globe Beet (Beta vulgaris) is a rich gold beet that does not bleed when cut or cooked. Exceptionally mild and sweet, without the earthiness of red beets. Globes reach 3″ in diameter. Seed packet contains 1.5 G (about 90 seeds).
