GAJO DE MELON TOMATO | id:35063 | Solanum lycopersicum | Certified Organic by Ecocert Canada | Annual | Open Pollinated | Heirloom

75 days. It was early with its first fruit and didn’t stop. The flavor runs somewhere between a cherry and a beefsteak if that makes any sense. They are a large cherry, a bit too big to pop in your mouth. The skin is very pretty looking like a bi-color, but the red does not appear on the inside. INDETERMINATE..

Vitamins+: B9+, C++, K, Lycopene
Companion plants: Basil, Parsley, Carrot, Asparagus, Alliums, Celery, Borage, Marigold, Calendula, Mint, Sage, Peppers, Dill (until Mature).
Far from: Potato, Corn, Kohlrabi, Beet, Fennel, Peas, Squash.
Planting tip: Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before planting.||Reduce water & nitrogen when hardening off. Staking needed.
Harvesting tip: For best taste harvest when fully ripe, expressed its full colour. Can also harvest when tomato is green and expressed its 1st blush; if so, let tomato ripen off-vine above 21°C.
Storage tip: Store at 12-21°C, relative humidity 95%.
