Western Wallflower, Foothill Wallflower: Fragrant CA Native perennial (often a short lived biennial) in the mustard family that usually grows to a height of 1-2, but can reach a size of 2 wide x 3 tall showing 25+ flower sprays. Can reseed. Long blooming golden yellow flowers from MarchJuly, or longer with irrigation. Full sun to part sun. Low water. Sand, heat and drought tolerant once estabished, but appreciates occasional irrigation. Butterfly and pollinator favorite.
