Early maturing. 2.5 – 3 lbs fruit size. Widely adaptable. Part cantaloupe and part galia is reliably sweet across numerous locations and environments. The outside appearance is more of a galia, with a low netting and almost no rib. Watch closely so as not to miss the harvest, for it ripens uniformly and is ready when background color is half green and half gold. High Resistance to fusarium wilt (0, 1, 2) and intermediate resistance to cotton aphid, powdery mildew (1, 2, 5). Original Breeders: Vitalis Seeds.

Planting tip: Soak in warm water up to 24H & scarify for improved germination. Direct seed 1-2 weeks after last frost. Can also start indoors 4 weeks before the planting date.||
Harvesting tip: Harvest when yellow. For peak flavor, harvest fruits when slightly under-ripe, before the rind turns yellow and the fruit softens.
Storage tip: Ripe melon lasts 4 weeks in cold storage.
