Champagne rose colour with dark green shoulders. Tangy, sweet, smooth, juicy. Small seed pockets. Heirloom from France. CHEROKEE PURPLE. Dark purple pink blushed skin and flesh. Very large, slightly irregular shape. Rich flavour. Flesh is firm, juicy, with large seed pockets. Grown by the Cherokee people before 1890. INDETERMINATE..

Harvesting tip: For best taste harvest when fully ripe, expressed its full colour. Can also harvest when tomato is green and expressed its 1st blush; if so, let tomato ripen off-vine above 21°C.
Storage tip: Store at 12-21°C, relative humidity 95%.
