Chinese Wild Ginger: Attractive low-growing rhizomatous plant 8″ tall x 18″ wide (or more). A relatively quick spreader compared to other asarum species. Dark green leaves have a marbled, silvery white variegation. Dark purple to brown colored flowers appear in spring underneath the foliage. Part sun to shade. Medium to high water. Great in containers. Deer resistant.
