Short season beans. Small bushy plants, long slender pods that contain many little red beans. Produces in two cycles. Taste delicious when cooked and mixed into the rice. Nutritious and digestible. Beans are a good source of vitamins A, B, C, and E, as well as calcium, iron, niacin, magnesium, potassium, manganese, fibre, and protein.

Storage tip: It’s best to only freeze dry beans.
