Flowering Maple, Chinese Lantern: Evergreen shrub 6-8′ tall and wide with arching, maple-like green foliage and showy clusters of small, pendant, bell-shaped, coral pink flowers that age to deeper rose with dark maroon-rose calyces, over a long bloom season from spring to fall. Attracts hummingbirds, birds, butterflies, bees, and pollinators. Good for containers. Full sun to part shade. Medium water. Heat tolerant.
